Beautifully plump and tender wild-caught Alaskan black cod cheeks are seasoned, gently smoked, then packed in cultured butter churned by Enumdaw, Washington’s Fantello Farmstead. We recommend gently warming this tin by boiling water in a small saucepan, then turning off the heat and putting the closed tin into the hot water for just one or two minutes. Then serve with anything that’ll help you get every bit of that cultured butter. We loved it over basmati rice.
