Collecapretta “Vigna Vecchia” 2023
Collecapretta (meaning goat hill) is a product of generations of the Mattioli family living, farming, and winemaking in the peasant traditions of Umbria, working within the lunar cycles, farming biodynamically, and abstaining from any chemical additions.
The Vigna Vecchia is crafted from old-vine trebbiano spoletino direct pressed with no skin contact. It offers white flower, orange blossom, and fennel aromas and a palette deftly balanced between tropical fruit notes, racy acidity, and a crisp saline minerality.
Practicing organic and biodynamic. 100% trebbiano spoletino. Umbria, Italy.
