Tourlaudiere “Ile Da Mat” Muscadet 2020
Cloudy unfiltered Muscadet with some skin contact and lots of time on the lees. The expected Muscadet citrus and mineral comes through, but with a great textural oomph that makes it a bit more satisfying and a bit more versatile. A little air time reveals peach and delicate jasmine and white tea notes. Like any muscadet its oyster-friendly and salad-friendly, but you can pair this one with your favorite conservas as well.
