Subject to Change "Sleepless Nights" 2020
Subject to Change is a traveling winemaker project, sourcing grapes from various biodynamic farms in California. Sleepless Nights is a co-ferment of several red and white varietals from Sunhawk Farms, Mendocino ,California: a wild and juicy unfiltered blend of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre Counoise, Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Muscat, Viognier, Picpoul Blanc, Roussanne!
Fresh and brisk tart citrus up top, leading into deeper red fruit with hints of soft tannin, and subtle spice. We like to serve it chilled and enjoy the subtleties appearing as it comes to room temp. We love red-white blends, and we love the dark rose - light red spectrum and this is a fun and easy example of both!
