Subject to Change is a traveling winemaker project, sourcing grapes from various biodynamic farms in California. FKA is an co-fermented blend of pinotage, chardonnay, merlot from Open Hand Ranch, Mendocino. 40-plus year-old vines, 7 months in neutral oak.
An exciting combination of bright red fruit notes and a funkier gently tannic element. Crushably smooth and supple texture. Quite nice served with a chill. Another great entry in the dark rosé - light red style!
