A lithe, precise, and refined Champagne. Crystalline notes of strawberry, raspberry, and grapefruit accented with spice and mineral, lifted by the fine mousse, and sustained in the lingering finish.
This cuvée begins with equal parts pinot noir and chardonnay in a white Champagne blend, then the rosé color and depth of flavor are achieved with the addition of 15% pinot noir grown in the Mailly grand cru vineyard, which is vinified red and fermented in oak barrels before blending.
