Showing an enticing transparent salmon pink color, the wine opens with ethereal orange blossom and raspberry aromas, continuing to a palate of light and lifted strawberry notes with the gentlest of herbal and mineral subtleties. The texture of Radice is where it really shines, with a pearl that’s both pillowy soft and persistently lively. Its one of the most truly refreshing wines we’ve encountered lately, in any category! While it is exceptional as a stand-alone social wine, it’ll also do well with sashimi, shrimp tempura, or fried haddock.
