


Minnow Mussels in Escabeche
Plump little mussels grown in the clear waters of the Galician Rías, inlets along Spain's western coast. Each tin holds between 12-16 mussels, packed in escabeche, a blend of vinegar, olive oil, bay leaf and spices. They can be added to pasta or a ceviche, but they are excellent on their own. Grab some rosé and some bread to sop up the escabeche!
