Alice Bouvot has named this magic little bottle ivre de vivre, as in “drunk on life”. Expect the light, clean, and pure fruit -driven approach she brings to every one of her cuvées! This lovely combo of marsanne, roussanne, and vermentino shows a vivid and saturated tropical fruit character. Papaya, mango, and pineapple all come out to play, rounded out with a salty minerality, sage/cilantro herbal elements, and a trace of oolong tea tannin. The finish is lengthy and alive with lingering vibratory energy. This is a fun and spirited social wine for sure, but we’re also excited to try it with some Thai take-out!
