La Luolle “Les Plants Sont Fleuris” Givry Pinot Noir 2021
Classic Burgundy pinot noir. Violet and berries on the nose. Palate of berries with some tannin and subtle hints of dark chocolate and baking spice. This bottle will evolve nicely in the cellar for five or ten years, but is quite accessible now, especially with an hour’s decanting.
Fun fact: Domaine La Luolle wines are imported to the US by Paul Chartrand Imports, who has imported strictly organic wines for almost 40 years, and had his office in the same building as Fog for about 25 years!
