La Kiuva "Rouge de Vallée" 2023
High-altitude nebbiolo from the Valle D’Aosta, in the Alps near France. The nose is delicate yet saturated with floral and berry aromas. On the palate it’s light, round, and smooth, with subtler tannins. With its svelte profile, it makes a lovely sipper on its own, but can also pair nicely with charcuterie, pasta, or lamb.
Practicing organic. 70% picotendro (local nebbiolo sub-varietal), 30% gros vien, neyret, cornalin and fumin. Arnad, Valle D’Aosta, Italy.
