A properly Portuguese combination ready to enjoy from the tin: tender flaky chunks of cod packed in extra virgin olive oil with just the right amount of garlic seasoning.

We recommend gently heating it: Remove the cardboard wrapping, but leave the tin closed, boil an inch or two of water in a small saucepan, turn off the heat and drop in the tin. Carefully remove the tin after one minute of immersion. Open and enjoy!
