The nose is a progressive showcase of airy violet, plum blossom subtly inflected with fennel, rosemary, and eucalyptus. The classic Northern-Rhone brooding dark berries and bacon-fat meatiness appear in a dynamic balance along with firm berry and plum, black olive, and pomegranate.
