Fishwife's caramelized, tender, and campfire-y salmon combined with Fly By Jing's sweet, tangy, spicy and umami-rich Zhong sauce makes for a delicious and eminently gift-worthy treat!
Sourced from a fish farm in Kvarøy Arctic that is Fair Trade, BAP, ASC and Global G.A.P. certified. Smoked in small batches over a mix of beech, maple, and birch wood, then hand-packed, and canned by fifth-generation family-run cannery on the central coast of Washington.
