The palette offers more strawberry, a touch of tart cranberry and some fine-toothed velvety tannins. Shows the buoyant floral and fruit driven style typical of Cahors, very well-balanced with the slightest touch of earthy funk. Give it an hour or two of decanting and it really blossoms, becoming even more polished and seamless.
