There’s a good lick of balanced acidity making this one quite versatile at the dinner table. We can’t wait to pair this with a seared duck breast! Showing nicely in its youth and will likely peak in three or four years.
Philippe Cartoux of Domaine des Espiers was so pleased that he was able to craft such a beautiful, balanced, and classic Cotes du Rhone using only 9 milligrams of sulfites per liter, that he decided to name the wine “9 mg”.
