Iconic and definitive Albariño by Gerard Mendez. Lean, steely, and mineral driven, yet generously laden with citrusy and tropical fruit notes. Very balanced and complete and pairs perfectly with raw Maine oysters, or really any shellfish preparations. Quite enjoyable now but can be cellared a decade or more.
