Chimeres "Les Passantes"

$32.00

Mysterious red blend of the rarely spotted counoise and ribeyrenc varietals from Mas de Chimeres’ Guilhem Dardé. Dardé has been organically farming grapes on the otherworldly red sands of Salagou since the early 1990’s and Les Passantes is his latest cuvée to hit the market. Typical to counoise, expect a pale cloudy violet-red color, clean floral and berry aromatics, with fresh crunchy berry fruit and hints of pepper on the palate. This one is for the fans of thirst-quenching easy-going reds like trousseau, poulsard, or cinsault.

Certified organic. Blend of counoise and ribeyrenc. Octon, Salagou, Pays D’Herault, Languedoc, France.
