Benjamin Taillandier “Laguzelle” Minervois 2021
Juicy and light fruit-driven red with refreshing cranberry and raspberry notes. This wine is beloved in the US but we don’t get much of it, as Benjamin Taillaindier mostly makes it to serve at his own bar. Laguzelle was one of our first picks when Fog started featuring natural wines back around 2015.
Ecocert-certified organic. Mostly cinsault, with a bit of syrah and carignan. Biodynamically farmed and hand-harvested in Minervois, Languedoc-Rousillon.
