Crisp, mineral, and citrus driven; this is vermentino at its most clean and classic. Lemon zest, salt, and floral subtleties form an inviting bouquet. Dry and medium-bodied on the palate with nicely integrated lemon, apple, mineral, and subtle hints of savory herbs. Pairs well with anything from raw oysters to tinned sardines or even a pasta with basil pesto.
